IH-10 Katy Freeway Reconstruction Program
Eastbound Freeway Closure
“Mainlane Closures Saturday Night between Grand Parkway and Mason Road”
(Houston, Texas) --- At 9:00 pm Saturday, July 26, TxDOT will be closing the eastbound mainlanes of Katy Freeway between the Grand Parkway (SH 99) and Mason Road to complete the asphalt overlay on the mainlanes in that area of the project. Inbound traffic will be detoured onto the IH-10 eastbound frontage road lanes at the Grand Parkway (SH 99) exit ramp and allowed to re-enter the freeway just east of Mason Road. The freeway will be re-opened to traffic at 10:00 am Sunday, July 27.
