Katy Closures April 10th-16th

**Please note the Contract B closure previously adverstised for April 12th is now scheduled to be performed on April 14th.**
Upcoming Katy Freeway Program Mainlane Closures
(Houston, Texas) - Drivers should expect delays while traveling along the I-10/Katy Freeway and the I-10/I-610 this weekend and next week due to multiple lane closures for freeway reconstruction. A list of the scheduled closures pending inclement weather delays is provided below.
CONTRACT A (BETWEEN HARRIS-FORT BEND COUNTY LINE AND SH 99)
• Starting Sunday, April 11 through Friday, April 16, one left lane of the westbound mainlanes of I-10/Katy Freeway between Mason and Pin Oak will be closed nightly from 7 PM to 5 AM.
• The right lane of the westbound mainlanes of I-10 between Katy-Fort Bend Road and Pin Oak will be closed Monday, April 12 from 9:30 AM to 3 PM.
CONTRACT B (BETWEEN SH 99 AND SH 6) CLOSURES
• Alternate lanes of the westbound mainlanes of I-10 between SH 6 and Barker Cypress will be closed, Wednesday, April 14 from 7 PM to 5 AM while the contractor performs the second shift of mainlane traffic in the west Houston area.
CONTRACT F (I-10/I-610 INTERCHANGE) CLOSURES
• Saturday, April 10, the I-610 southbound direct connectors to I-10 east and westbound will be closed from 5AM to Midnight. Traffic will be detoured via Woodway to access I-610 north to connect to I-10 east or westbound.
