I-10 Eastbound Lanes Open Early - Phase II Underway

Williams Brother Construction made the most of their time last night and was able to open the I-10 eastbound mainlanes ahead of schedule. Accordingly, the mainlanes of I-10 eastbound are NOW open to travel. Subsequently, Phase II of the closure began early, meaning the I-10 eastbound direct connector ramps to I-610/West Loop north and southbound are NOW closed and scheduled to re-open at 5 am, Monday, May 24 along with the mainlanes of I-10 westbound. I-10 eastbound traffic to I-610 north and southbound will be detoured from I-10 eastbound via Washington Avenue and directed to U-turn to access the I-10 westbound direct connectors to I-610 Northbound and Southbound.
