This Weekend's Closures
Friday, Aug 6th, 2004
Below is a list of Katy Freeway Reconstruction Program lane closures for the weekend of August 6th.
• The intersection of Post Oak at I-610 will be closed continuously from 9 PM, Friday, August 6 to noon, Sunday, August 8. Eastbound traffic will be detoured via the I-610 southbound frontage road to San Felipe to make a U-turn to the northbound frontage road to Post Oak; westbound traffic will be detoured via the I-610 northbound frontage road to Woodway westbound to I-610 southbound frontage road to Post Oak.
• Alternate lanes of the intersection of Old Katy Road and North Post Oak will be starting 9 PM, Friday, August 6 to 5 AM, Monday, August 9, to re-configure the intersection and switch traffic onto the new I-10 westbound frontage road. When the intersection re-opens on Monday, August 9, drivers should be anticipate lane adjustments relative to the new intersection configuration.
