Traffic changes in the Contract A Project Limits

Traffic changes in the Contract A Project Limits (Harris-Fort Bend County Line to just East of SH 99)
Please be advised that on Saturday night, February 26, Balfour Beatty construction crews switched I-10 westbound traffic between Mason and Katy-Fort Bend Road onto the new I-10 westbound mainlanes over SH 99. Additionally, several ramp changes were made within the Contract A project limits:
1) The new I-10 westbound entrance ramp from Mason Road was opened in its final configuration.
2) The I-10 westbound exit ramp to SH 99 was relocated to the east of the existing location.
3) The I-10 westbound exit ramp to Katy-Fort Bend was reopened to traffic.
4) The I-10 westbound frontage road traffic between SH 99 and Katy-Fort Bend Road has been temporarily detoured onto the I-10 westbound mainlanes. Motorists will re-enter the westbound frontage road via the Katy Fort Bend exit ramp.
Tonight Monday, February 28, at 7:00 p.m. Balfour Beatty construction crews will switch I-10 eastbound traffic between Katy-Fort Bend Road and Mason onto the new I-10 eastbound mainlanes over SH 99.
