This Week's Katy Freeway Closures - Contracts A-F

Below is a list of scheduled Katy Freeway Reconstruction Program lane closures for the week of March 7, 2005.
CONTRACT A (Harris-Fort Bend County Line to East of SH 99)
• The right lane of I-10 eastbound at PIN OAK will be closed until 3 PM, Monday, March 7.
• The I-10 eastbound entrance ramp from PIN OAK is closed until 10 PM, Saturday March 12.
CONTRACT E1 (BELTWAY 8 TO CAMPBELL)
• Two- inside lanes of I-10 Eastbound from GESSNER DR to BLALOCK RD/ECHO LN will be Monday, March 7 from 10 PM to 5AM.
• One alternate lane of OLD KATY ROAD between CAMPBELL and GESSNER will be closed daily from 7 AM until 7 PM, Tuesday, March 8 through Friday, March 25.
• Two- inside lanes of I-10 Eastbound from BUNKER HILL to CAMPBELL will be closed nightly Tuesday, March 8 and Wednesday, March 9 from 9:30 PM to 5 AM.
• Two- inside lanes of I-10 Eastbound from BUNKER HILL to BINGLE will be closed nightly Friday, March 11 and Saturday, March 12 from 10 PM to 5 AM.
CONTRACT F (I-10/I-610 INTERCHANGE)
• The NORTH POST OAK/NORTHWEST TRANSIT CENTER HOV RAMP is closed until 5 AM, March 28. Eastbound HOV traffic destined to North Post Oak will be detoured via the I-10 mainlanes to exit and turn left at Washington to proceed to Old Katy Road. Motorists destined to enter the HOV outbound from North Post Oak will be detoured east via Old Katy Road to enter the HOV at the I-10 Westbound Slip Ramp from the I-10 mainlanes just west of Washington.
• The left lane of I-610 NORTHBOUND AND SOUTHBOUND between SAN FELIPE and MEMORIAL will be closed nightly, from 9 PM until 5 AM through Tuesday March 8 through Thursday, March 10.
• The I-610 NORTHBOUND AND SOUTHBOUND DIRECT CONNECTOR RAMPS TO I-10 WESTBOUND will be closed 9 PM Friday, March 11 until 9 PM Sunday, March 13. Motorists should detour to I-10 eastbound, to exit Washington and make a u-turn to access I-10 westbound.
