This Week's Katy Freeway Closures
Monday, Mar 14th, 2005
Below is a list of scheduled Katy Freeway Reconstruction Program lane closures for the week of March 14th.
CONTRACT B (SH 99 TO SH 6)
• Alternate lanes of I-10 eastbound between WESTGREEN to GREENHOUSE will be closed overnight from 9 PM, Monday, March 14 to 5 AM, Tuesday, March 15.
CONTRACT E1 (BELTWAY 8 TO CAMPBELL)
• Two outside lanes of I-10 eastbound between Beltway 8 and Bunker Hill and the corresponding entrance and exit ramps will be closed overnight from 9:30 PM, Monday, March 14 to 5 AM, Tuesday, March 15. Entry and exit ramps will be alternately closed. Motorists should detour to next ramp.
• Two outside lanes of I-10 eastbound between Gessner and Blalock and the corresponding entrance and exit ramps will be closed overnight on Tuesday, March 15 from 9:30 PM to 5 AM. Entry and exit ramps will be alternately closed. Motorists should detour to the next open ramp.
CONTRACT F (I-10/I-610 INTERCHANGE)
• Two inside lanes of I-10 eastbound from ANTOINE DR to WASHINGTON AVE/WESTCOTT will be closed nightly 9 PM to 5 AM from Monday, March 14 to Saturday, March 19.
• The left lane of I-610 northbound from SAN FELIPE ST to MEMORIAL will be closed nightly 9 PM to 5 AM from Monday, March 14 to Thursday, March 17.
• The intersection Post Oak will be closed eastbound and westbound at IH 610-WEST LOOP overnight from 9 PM, Monday, March 14 to 5 AM, Tuesday, March 15. Eastbound traffic detour to the southbound frontage road to San Felipe, u-turn to the northbound frontage road to Post Oak; westbound traffic detour to the northbound frontage road to Woodway, u-turn to the southbound frontage road to Post Oak.
All closures are subject to change due to weather, emergency work, or other events.
