Upcoming Katy Freeway Program Closures

Below is a list of upcoming Katy Freeway Reconstruction Program closures.
CONTRACTS E1 & E2 (BETWEEN BELTWAY 8 AND I-610) CLOSURES
• Two outside lanes of I-10 westbound from SILBER RD to BLALOCK RD/ECHO LN plus alternating entrance and exit ramps will be closed nightly from 9:30 PM to 5:00 AM from Friday, April 1 to Thursday, April 7.
CONTRACT F (I-10/I-610 INTERCHANGE) CLOSURES
• Two outside lanes of I-10 westbound from WASHINGTON AVE/WESTCOTT ST to I-610 WEST LOOP will be closed overnight from 9:00 PM, Tuesday, April 5 to 5:00 AM, Wednesday, April 6.
• The outside lane of I-610 northbound from POST OAK to I-10 KATY will be closed nightly 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM from Tuesday, April 5 to Friday April 22.
• The OLD KATY ROAD U-TURN lane under I-610/West Loop southbound will be closed continuously from 9:00 AM, Tuesday, April 5 to 5:00 AM, Wednesday, June 1. Detour to the southbound frontage road to Old Katy Road westbound, to Post Oak northbound, to Hempstead Road eastbound, to Old Katy Road.
• I-610/WEST LOOP southbound direct connector ramp to I-10/KATY FREEWAY eastbound and westbound will be closed nightly from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM Tuesday, April 5 to Thursday, April 7. Detour I-610 southbound to Post Oak and u-turn to I-610 northbound to access I-10 eastbound or westbound.
• I-610/WEST LOOP southbound direct connector ramp to I-10/KATY FREEWAY eastbound and westbound will be closed continuously from 9:00 PM, Friday, April 8 to 5:00 AM, Monday, April 11. Detour I-610southbound to Post Oak and u-turn to I-610 northbound to access I-10 eastbound or westbound.
