This Weekend's Closures -- April 29-May 2, 2005 |

Below is a list of upcoming Katy Freeway Reconstruction Program closures for this weekend, April 29 - May 2, 2005.
CONTRACT C2 (DAIRY ASHFORD TO KIRKWOOD)
• There a moving total closure of OLD KATY ROAD eastbound and westbound BETWEEN DRIVEWAYS from Kirkwood to Wood Branch Park through 5:00 PM, Tuesday, May 31. Access to all businesses in the area will be maintained via the designated I-10/Katy Freeway frontage road detours posted at Kirkwood and Woodbranch.
CONTRACT F (I-10/I-610 INTERCHANGE) CLOSURES
• The outside lane of I-610/WEST LOOP southbound from I-10/KATY to MEMORIAL DR will be closed from 9:00 PM, Friday, April 29 to 6:00 PM, Sunday, May 1.
• The inside lane of I-610/WEST LOOP northbound from POST OAK to MEMORIAL will be closed nightly during the week from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM and continuously on weekends from 9:00 PM on Friday to 5:00 AM on Monday starting Friday, April 30 through Friday, May 13.
• Two outside lanes of I-610/WEST LOOP southbound from I-10/KATY to MEMORIAL DR will be closed from 9:00 PM, Friday, April 29 to 6:00 PM, Sunday, May 1.

A Glimpse At Next Week's Work...
CONTRACTS E1 & E2 (BETWEEN BELTWAY 8 AND I-610) CLOSURES
• There will be a nightly total closure of CAMPBELL northbound and southbound at I-10/KATY Wednesday, May 4 and Thursday, May 5 from 8:30 PM to 5:00 AM.
CONTRACT F (I-10/I-610 INTERCHANGE)
• Two inside lanes of I-610/WEST LOOP southbound from I-10/KATY to POST OAK will be closed nightly from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM from Wednesday, May 4 to Thursday, May 5.
• The intersection of WOODWAY at I-610/WEST LOOP will be closed Wednesday, May 4 and Thursday, May 5 from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Eastbound Woodway traffic will be detoured via the southbound frontage road to San Felipe to make a U-turn. Westbound Woodway traffic will be detoured to the northbound frontage road and directed to the U-turn at Memorial.
• Two outside lanes of I-10/Katy Freeway westbound from WASHINGTON AVE. to I-610/WEST LOOP will be closed nightly 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM from Wednesday, May 4 to Thursday, May 5.
