Nightly Closures in the Vicinity of Gessner at I-10
Northbound and southbound GESSNER from the I-10/KATY FREEWAY westbound frontage road to OLD KATY ROAD will be closed nightly beginning tonight, Tuesday, August 23 through Thursday, August 25 from 8:30 PM until 5 AM and closed continuously from 4 AM, Saturday, August 27 to 9 PM, Sunday, August 28. Southbound traffic should detour to Beltway 8-West southbound, to the I-10 eastbound frontage road to Gessner southbound. Northbound traffic detour to Bunker Hill northbound, to Old Katy Road westbound, to Gessner northbound.
Additionally, the I-10/KATY FREEWAY westbound frontage road from BUNKER HILL RD to GESSNER DR and the I-10 westbound GESSNER exit ramp will be closed nightly beginning tonight, Tuesday, August 23 through Thursday, August 25 from 8:30 PM until 5 AM and closed continuously from 4 AM, Saturday, August 27 to 9 PM, Sunday, August 28. Detour to Bunker Hill northbound, to Old Katy Road westbound, to Gessner.
All closures are subject to change due to weather, emergency work, or other events.
