The Summer 2005 Edition of the Katy Freeway Reconstruction Program HiLight Newsletter, is now available. The feature story, "Work Zone Safety... It's a Community Effort" emphasizes the needs for drivers to slow down, be patience and to pay close attention to the road when driving in construction work zones.
