The winter 2006 edition of the Katy Freeway Reconstruction Program HiLight Newsletter, is now available. The feature story, "Grand Openings…Coming Soon," emphasizes that the first two Katy Freeway Reconstruction Program contracts are currently on schedule to meet or even beat the projected completion dates.
