Celebrating the Upcoming West End Completion
The Spring 2006 edition of the Katy Freeway Reconstruction Program HiLight Newsletter is now available. The feature story, "Katy Sales Days," focuses on the month-long celebration of the upcoming completion of contracts A and B, leading up to the official ribbon-cutting ceremony.
