Contract C1 –The New I-10 Westbound Mainlanes are Open
Williams Brother Construction successfully completed their second major milestone on Contract C1, which includes the reconstruction of I-10/Katy Freeay between west of Dairy Ashford to east of SH 6. Over the weekend, the contractor opened the new I-10 westbound mainlanes on the project. Additionally, the contractor opened the new I-10 westbound entrance ramps from Dairy Ashford and Eldridge and the new Park Ten exit ramp. By successfully completing this project milestone more than 90 days ahead of schedule the contractor is eligible to receive a $900,000 bonus.
