Upcoming Katy Freeway Closures

CONTRACT C2 (DAIRY ASHFORD to east of KIRKWOOD) CLOSURES
• The I-10/KATY FREEWAY HOV LANE will be closed overnight from 8:00 PM, Friday, August 25 to 11:00 AM, Saturday, August 26.
CONTRACTS E1 & E2 (BETWEEN BELTWAY 8 and I-610) CLOSURES
• There will be a TOTAL CLOSURE of northbound and southbound lanes of Gessner at I-10\KATY FREEWAY nightly on Friday, August 25 and Saturday, August 26 from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Northbound Gessner traffic detour to the eastbound frontage road to Bunker Hill northbound, to Westview westbound, to Gessner. Southbound Gessner traffic detour to the westbound frontage road to Beltway-8 intersection.
CONTRACT F (I-10/ I-610 IINTERCHANGE) CLOSURES
• There will be a TOTAL CLOSURE of the I-10/Katy Freeway eastbound direct connector ramp to I-610-WEST LOOP northbound on Saturday, August 26 from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Detour to I-10 eastbound to the Washington/Westcott exit and go thought the intersection to I-10 westbound, to I-610 northbound.
Please note that all closures are subject to change due to inclement weather.
