ZACHRY-ODEBRECHT CONTINUES PROGRESS ON GRAND PARKWAY
Complete closures scheduled for I-45 North

Zachry-Odebrecht Parkway Builders is making progress towards a major project milestone as crews prepare to open the northbound and southbound frontage roads to traffic at I-45 North and Holzwarth Road. Once this phase of work is complete, motorists will be able to access the second level of the I-45 interchange and travel the westbound and eastbound frontage roads at the Grand Parkway.

In preparation for the frontage road opening, crews will implement a total closure of I-45 southbound from Spring Crossing to East Montgomery Road from 8 pm Friday, March 27 to 6 am Monday, March 30. The southbound FM 2920 exit ramp will temporarily close for approximately six weeks. Motorists will need to use the Spring Crossing/Springwoods Village Exit (72A) and stay on the frontage road for access to FM 2920.

The Texas Department of Transportation awarded the $1.1 billion project for State Highway 99 Grand Parkway Segments F-1, F-2, and G to Zachry-Odebrecht Parkway Builders in September 2012. Work on Segments F-1, F-2 and G is scheduled for completion in late 2015.

Law enforcement will be onsite to help ensure the safety of motorists and help maintain traffic. To view all lane closures for the Grand Parkway Segments F-G, visit the Getting Around section of www.grandparkway99.com and follow us on Twitter @sh99fg.

Scheduled lane closures are subject to change.
