Whoville area Police Department is issuing the cancellation of the Cindy Lou Who Amber Alert issued earlier today. A happy community welcomed little Cindy Lou Who back this afternoon when the suspect apparently experienced a change of heart and released the little girl to authorities. The suspects name is the "Grinch". The Grinch is also a suspect in several robbery investigations in the Whoville area. At the time of this release the suspect is still at large. Anyone seeing the Grinch is asked to phone the Whoville area Police Department at 555.555.5555. Do not attempt to approach the suspect yourself. He is considered dangerous.
