The Harris County Watershed Protection Group is partnering with the City of Pasadena Environmental Services, Armand Bayou Nature Center, and Houston-Galveston Area Council and pleased to present the Armand Bayou Watershed Festival! This event offers FREE environmentally responsible yard care (YardWise) classes to all Harris County residents. This event includes a YardWise Learning Station that will cover the following subjects: Habitat Gardening, WaterSmart Gardening and Landscaping, How to Compost, Low Flow Irrigation, and Pesticide Alternatives. Residents will also be able to “Ask a Master Gardener” questions and enjoy a Native Plant Sale and much more! If you are interested in learning more about this “Family Friendly Free” Event, please read the details below.
